Once payment is received, your order will be send out as soon as possible! Please note that if you order (a big quantity of) booksleeves, processing time can take a little longer, as all the booksleeves are individually handmade. I will inform you of this.

1. To place your order, all you need to do is choose your favorites from the catalogue, then email me with your order! Please include the item name, code and the quantity.
Feel free to use the Wholesale Order Worksheet (available for download at my website) at the end of this catalogue, or make an excel sheet yourself! Contact me at: blueillusionart@gmail.com
2. Make sure to let me know some info: Full Name, Business Name, Billing Address, Shipping Address (if different) and a telephone number for any delivery services. Valid VAT number required for buyers outside of the Netherlands!
3. I’ll get back to you with an invoice, and confirm that the items in your order are in stock and available.
4. Payment is taken through direct bank transfer (preferable) or through PayPal. Once payment has been received, your order will be packed and shipped to you.
5. If you have any questions/concerns whatsoever, please feel free to reach out to me via email. I am always happy to chat and looking for ways to improve my wholesale offering to you! You can email me in Dutch of English!
Wholesale orders typically take 1-2 weeks to order, pack and dispatch.
Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 1-3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times outside of the Netherlands will vary depending on your location.
If your order requires a quick turnaround, do get in touch, as it’s often possible to accommodate. Take note that if you order (a big quantity of) booksleeves, processing time can take a little longer, as all the booksleeves are individually handmade. I try to keep enough stock on hand to fulfill orders quickly, but I am still a very small business so I sometimes run low and must restock with my printer to fulfill your order.
Larger orders may require more time; please contact me for information about availability.
Orders within the Netherlands will be shipped with PostNL, orders outside of the Netherlands will be shipped with Intime Delivery and Deutsche Post. Please make sure to supply a shipping address if it is different from your billing address. Shipping within the Netherlands is free. Orders outside of the Netherlands will have shipping calculated and quoted on your invoice (ultimate shipping costs are calculated on weight of the total order.). Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If you have any important info needed to ship to your country, let me know!
Pick-up in Amsterdam is possible. If the shipping address is near Amsterdam, I may personally deliver your order by appointment.
Enamel pins and earrings come with a backing card. All the other products will not be packed separately.
No separate packaging is provided. I will add some business cards into the order, you are free to do with that what you want!
All Wholesale orders are final sale and non returnable other than in case of faulty goods upon receipt. Please report damage within 2 working days of receipt of order.

Do you have an online store or have an online element to your physical store? Great! I am more than happy to be stocked on your online space, and can supply digital product images if required for my products.
I only ask that when listing products on your site to mention that the art is created by Blue Illusion Art, to refrain from copying product listing descriptions from my own website as this can impact the SEO ranking for both sites, and to please refrain from listing on Ebay, Amazon and similar marketplace sites.
To be able to sell the official licensed book merch, you must make sure that you have an official license aswell to sell the merch. I will ask for proof of license before I will send you the order. If you need help with getting licensed, let me know! I can share licensing emails of where I got my licenses.
If you already have a license, please send proof with your order email!
Minimum Order Spend of €100. Returning orders have a Minimum Order Spend of €70.
Cancelations must be made within 24 hours from placing your order.
