Refund Policy
Returns
At Blue Illusion Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
Contact for Returns:
- Please contact us within 5 days of delivery if you wish to return an item.
- You must despatch items back to us within 14 days of delivery.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (e.g., food, flowers)
- Used items
- Digital Downloads
Conditions of Returns
- Please contact us prior before shipping back the products.
- Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs.
- Items must be returned in their original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
- If the return package gets lost in the mail, unfortunately the buyer will be responsible for any losses. We will, of course, try to assist with finding the lost package.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact us at blueillusionart@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item you are returning. Include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your return and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take several days to appear on your statement.
Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved and request a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you are approved and request a exchange, then we will send the replacement product as fast as possible, however, you will be responsible for the new shipping costs of the exchanged product.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, follow the same steps as for returning an item above. Make sure to include pictures of the defective or damaged items in the first step. If we do not receive said material before you ship the items to us, we cannot accept the exchange.
As stated above you are responsible for the payment for the shipping costs, nor do we cover your own personal shipping costs.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at blueillusionart@gmail.com or use the contact form below. Please add your order number.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. They can be exchanged, if they meet the requirements needed for an exhangement.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the new exchanged product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
