How long for my order to arrive?

Please allow between 14-45 days for your order to arrive.
If more than 45 days have passed, and your track & trace code doesn't give you enough information, please email me at blueillusionart@gmail or use the contact form below to review the status of your order. Refunds and exchanges will be handled through email if necessary.

 
Can I return my purchase?

At Blue Illusion Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

• Please contact us within 5 days of delivery if you wish to return an item.
• You must despatch items back to us within 14 days of delivery.

How long does it take to pack my order?

My processing time is currently 10-14 business days. This doesn't include pre-orders and products made on demand, those delivery and shipping times will differ greatly. For questions email me at blueillusionart@gmail or use the contact form below.
Festivities, holidays and vacations may differ the shipping and delivery time, I will make notice if I am delayed because of these events or if I am delayed due to any unforseen circumstances.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost will be handled during the check-out. Depending on the weight of your product I decide the amount of shipping cost.

I am not held responsible for miscalculations with shipping costs, missing orders due to delivering companies, border control and other third-parties involved, and slow delivery due to festivities and holidays.
