It depends on where you live! The orders will be shipped from the Netherlands!
We ship in bulk order using Intime Delivery. This makes the shipping costs less expensive, but this unfortunately also means it takes a little bit longer to ship, since the packages first have to go to the distribution centre.This excludes Dutch orders, since they will be directly shipped with Post NL. You can expect delivery in 1-2 business days.
Orders within Europe can be expected within a week.
Orders outside of Europe can be expected within two weeks.
Unfortunately I have no control over courier or border delays or anything else, so please keep in mind that these indicated periods are estimates and that this may differ in reality.
Every order will have a track and trace code so you can always be up to date on your orders! Feel free to message me on any issues. -
Yes, we do! However, there are a few things to think about:
- Please contact us prior before shipping back the products.
- Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs.
- Items must be returned in their original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
- If the return package gets lost in the mail, unfortunately the buyer will be responsible for any losses. We will, of course, try to assist with finding the lost package.

My processing time is currently 10-14 business days.
I know this may seem a little long, but next to my shop I am studying full time. To ensure everyone's orders are processed and shipped within the stated time, I've increased my processing time a bit.
I will pack orders every Monday morning, so it is definitely possible that your order will be shipped out sooner than this.
If you want to receive the product sooner because it is a gift or anything else, feel free to use the contact form below or email me at blueillusionart@gmail.com with a request! Take at least 1-2 business days in account for an email response.
Note: making a request doesn't automatically mean I will be able to do so, but at the minimum I can tell you more precisely when your order will be shipped.

If I have an official license or if it is allowed to sell without, I will! I will not sell any products that I need an official license for that I don’t have. Purchasing a license can be a really long process and unfortunately for some series/books there isn’t an official license possible.

If you are subscribed to my Patreon Blue Dragon Tier, you receive a monthly 15% discount code!

In some cases this is possible! Things I will do:
Write a small message, like “Happy birthday!” or “You’re the best!”
I can sign your product with a black sharpie!
