The size of the booksleeve is approximately 22 x 30 cm which fits both paperbacks and hardcovers.

The booksleeves are handmade by Carice van der Stelt.
They have three layers of fabric:
- black cotton fabric on the inside of the sleeve
- a layer of fiberfill
- a layer of Organic Cotton Poplin where the illustration is printed on -
I would recommend hand washing your booksleeve to make sure the fiberfill inside will remain intact.
However, I did some tests myself at home (when I spilled some coffee on a booksleeve) and put them in the washing machine. They came out perfectly fine.
I would not put them in the dryer, we air dried them.
These are the washing instructions for the outside fabric that has the print on it:
Wash at up to 40°C, using the programme for delicate fabrics. Phosphate-free detergents recommended. Spin cycle at max. 400 rpm. Do not use bleaching agents. Avoid wet rubbing. Dry flat on a towel or net. Do not tumble dry or dry in direct sunlight. Iron on inside out in temperature 150-180°C using a cotton setting. -
It depends on where you live! The orders will be shipped from the Netherlands!
We ship in bulk order using Intime Delivery. This makes the shipping costs less expensive, but this unfortunately also means it takes a little bit longer to ship, since the packages first have to go to the distribution centre.This excludes Dutch orders, since they will be directly shipped with Post NL. You can expect delivery in 1-2 business days.
Orders within Europe can be expected within a week.
Orders outside of Europe can be expected within two weeks.
Unfortunately I have no control over courier or border delays or anything else, so please keep in mind that these indicated periods are estimates and that this may differ in reality.
Every order will have a track and trace code so you can always be up to date on your orders! Feel free to message me on any issues. -

I know this may seem a little long, but next to my shop I am studying full time. To ensure everyone's orders are processed and shipped within the stated time, I've increased my processing time a bit.
I will pack orders every Monday morning, so it is definitely possible that your order will be shipped out sooner than this.

Note: making a request doesn't automatically mean I will be able to do so, but at the minimum I can tell you more precisely when your order will be shipped.

Right now I only offer 2 booksleeve sizes:
- Normal booksleeve (approximately 22 x 30 cm)
- XL booksleeve (approximately 23,5 x 35 cm)
Both booksleeves fits both paperback and hardback. -
If I have an official license or if it is allowed to sell without, I can! I will not sell any products that I need an official license for that I don’t have. Purchasing a license can be a really long process and unfortunately for some series/books there isn’t an official license possible.
